I waited 2 hours on hold for a customer service rep, so I was doing other tasks by that time and when she asked for my Tax ID, I asked can you please give me a couple of minutes to find that file? She said no sorry and call back when you have it and then hung up on me. I have read and heard so many other complaints about this water works team. Needs a full restructure and clean house.
