The facility may be old but the staff here are absolutely wonderful. They make my family feel very welcome and bend over backward to help their members.
I love this place. The group ex classes are fantastic, the instructors are easy going yet challenging and take the time to teach you technique and to push you past your comfort zone. The equipment rooms are well stocked, and usually pretty open without having to wait for a machine. Plenty of open gym and swim times. But what makes this place so great is the people!
