I requested a cancellation last month and was told it was taken care of. When I was billed again, I went in to see what happened. Nothing had been cancelled. The person who told me it was cancelled didn't give me the appropriate paperwork, so I filled that out today, but I'm out $93 for an gym that I don't use because of bad information from an employee of the gym. everytime I went there to pick up my kids, their teacher was yelling at one of my kids and my kids was sobbing, and the teacher was always yelling at my kid for a stupid reason that was no big deal. My kid always liked to help out and I saw my kid's teacher (young adult male) yelling in my kids's face (little girl) because my daughter was trying to help him. After I saw that, my daughter and other kids never wanted to go there again.
The pool I rule .... My favorite lane is the far end one. Many exercises I can do off the wall because it's deep enough
