So I had written a review about Birkshire a while ago and wanted to do a follow up. Birkshire has new owners now that unfortunately had to deal with all the repercussions from the previous owners and the mess they had made running that shop over the many years it was there. Basically the previous owners were not trustworthy and would take advantage of anyone that would bring their vehicle in for service. The dealership couldn’t do anything with this car and could only scratch the surface of what the issue was. These guys spent a lot of time working through the car to rule out the issues and found the underlying problem. Added bonus, they’re very nice people and pleasant to deal with. Thanks team
I brought my 94 Jaguar convertible to Berkshire for service and repair work in August 2025 and it was the best decision that I could have made for my car. Eugenia and Jose (owners) are really nice people. The communication throughout my experience was outstanding. We can highly recommend Birkshire for their thoroughness, fair and honest pricing, plus the nicest people you’ll ever meet!
I was very impressed with the exceptional service that I received on my 1997 Jaguar XK8. Jose and team identified the problem and made the appropriate arrangements to have the ECU refurbished in the UK.
