These guys been around for years I bought my second jag from them over 25 years ago, I’m in a very good position now financially and I never forgot til this day who ripped me off. These guys are nothing but a joke. The jag I bought from them within 6 monthes had the cylinders blow out which was basically needing a full engine job not worth to fix at the time. I was extremely impressed with the care and courtesy presented by all staff at Birkshire Automobiles. Their attention to detail to examine, assess and repair my car in a timely fashion was excellent! I went to 2 other locations just to fix a front headlight that stopped working and one did not even want to tackle it because it was a Jaguar and they did not know what to do. Jose and his team have taken good care of my car so far. Communication has been prompt and no upsell or pressure when discussing service recommendations. I would recommend!
