Can someone please contact me about an issue at one of the complexes in Kentucky. 1) I am owed money and told its been sent to corporate and can take up to 45 days. And was told it wasn't processed until Oct 22, when my move out date was Oct 10. Not exactly fair considering the events that happened prior to my move out, which was bad scheduling on their part. 2) There was MAJOR MAJOR issues and the reason why I have left this complex. This is the worst company ever they took over Hilliard station and fired the office manager writhing two weeks a month and a half later still no office manger

Chestnut Ridge Louisville, KY is not a representation of the pictures shown on the website. I went to view the apartments. The grounds keeping is very poor. Laundry room is filthy. The hallways of the apartment community has trash, cigarette butts everywhere. Broken down vehicles. The only thing i seen that was update was the business office. You guys are representing an apartment community that looks great on the website, See it in person and you will definitely be very disappointed.
