I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!!! Completely wasted my time by scheduling a showing only for 10am with a leasing a gent named Julio! Only for me to an hour for nobody to show up! I called 5 different numbers for the company and all lead to VM! Just completely unprofessional I also believe they outsourced there customer service with people who speak lil to no English! In all this company is absolutely terrible and I do not advise working with them at all! I wish I had seen the review before. BEWARE... read more
TERRIBLE MANAGMENT COMPANY!!! Avoid at all costs. The house I moved into was not ready for me at all - the heat was broken, several doorknobs and windows were not installed correctly, there were no shelves inside the refrigerator (?????) and there was no washer dryer upon move in, despite this being a condition of my renting the property. The day I moved in, the leasing agent said he would be available all day if I had any questions or issues - this was absolutely not the case as I tried to call and text several times about ... read more
Awful let dogs lose and locked out tenants illegally. Cat locked in the house. Dogs can't be found
Absolutely horrible company, lost my application, took my money, and won't provide any help. Got hung up on my an agent who barely spoke English, and they have not returned emails or text.
They denied me saying they talked to my previous landlord when my previous land lord never talked to them…they don’t answer the phone the verification person is over seas
