My husband bought me a 20th wedding anniversary gift here. It wasn't my taste and so we brought it back. The sales clerk was incredibly RUDE! It was a $250 bag and they wouldn't return it, because she said all sales are final. Then after some frustration as that policy is no where to be found on their receipt, she called the owner and told us they couldn't refund our money because they hadn't done enough in sales. Love this store. Visit every year on our HHI vacation. Have purchased some beautiful jewelry over the years.
