Just wanted to let you know we just bought (1/15/15) a truck from Birdnow in Monona, Iowa. We are very pleased with everyone especially your salesman Kyle Deegan. We were just looking and we couldn't pass up the deal the people you have over there running the birdnow in Monona Iowa are very nice and they make you feel like home. The Birdnow staff is great, and pleasant deal with. The mechanics are 100% honest. There were things I was told were needed done on my car by other mechanics, I took it to Birdnow and they said I it didn't need to be done, and some stuff could wait a little while longer. I would recommend them to anyone that needed car repairs done. I'm fact, I really feel like you are missing out if you don't take your car there.
We had a great experience working with Lee on getting our Ford Fusion! Lee went above and beyond and was able to get all the options we were wanting and keeping it within our budget!
