This is the worst company that I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. No communication if there is an issue. The representative even lied and said that I was called, even though there is no record of the call or VM. This will leave you without meds until you call them to figure what hoop(s) they’ll make you jump through. I’ve literally not had a SINGLE prescription refill that went smoothly. This online pharmacy is awful. I would avoid them at all cost
First impressions make or break the experience. Birdi did not deliver one of my medicines and did not bother to take any steps to inform me that my medication would not be delivered. I had to call and ask - was not given very helpful advice: “this medication is on back order from the manufacturer and we don’t know when it will be available.” NOT ACCEPTABLE! My insurance company contracted Birdi, I would never choose them nor do I recommend anyone to use them as they are obviously unreliable.
