Because zero stars is not an option. Worst phone people I've ever had to deal with. Utterly unprofessional and with zero evidence of any knowledge about the prescription medicine industry in this country.
It's wild how bad the service is with Specialty by Birdi. I have to use them for an important prescription, as they're the official Rx provider my company uses. As many people note, the wait times to get someone on the phone are atrocious. I never received an initial welcome email or text to set up an account. The absolute WORST pharmacy ever! They said they had sent my prescription and never did. Then filed it to my insurance allowing me to not be able to get the prescription elsewhere under my covered insurance.
My Global Insurance wanted me to transfer my prescriptions from mail order CVS to mail order Birdi. Right off the bat in trying to set up my account they wanted my billing information. I'm 73 years old on Social Security, Medicare & Medicaid. I've always had zero copay so I was afraid to supply this information fearing that I'd be charged full price for my meds.
