Worst customer service, I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get my issues resolved with no help. I’ve been waiting for over a month to get my medication.

If you need a pharmacy that you can count on to process and deliver your medication 100% of the time, then DON'T use Birdi! Sure, 95% of the time, they're good, but when that other 5% hits, may God have mercy on you. "Sorry child, you're not ALLOWED to have a long-term medical situation this month; Birdi won't process it this month." And when things do go wrong, don't expect to get an honest answer. You'll be told it's on a truck today and you'll receive it tomorrow, but tomorrow will come and go and no medication will arriv... read more

Absolutely atrocious - I thought Optum was bad but at least Optum would make a call out for prior authorizations. Apparently, Specialty by Birdi doesn't do that and doesn't provide a true update about that when asking. You're basically going to be doing the job for them. And then, when speaking to a pharmacist about how delaying my treatment because of the 2+ week delay caused by Specialty by Birdi, instead of actually discussing your medical concerns, he just gaslights you and then puts you on hold for over 5 minutes. Birdi is the WORST mail order company!!! This is the 2nd time they have told me that my local pharmacy has not replied to them when trying to transfer a prescription to them (Birdi). My local pharmacy can tell me the date they transferred the request, but yet Birdi tells me they don't have it. Emailing and calling their useless reps is a waste of time. I will just pay more at my local pharmacy to keep my sanity. STAY AWAY FROM BIRDI!!!!!!!
