If I could give no stars I would. I can't get service started. I am stuck. I've called and emailed multiple times. I am stuck and I am stuck dangerously close to being out of medicine. Is this a scam?
Writing this as i’m on hold / 3rd transfer with Birdi for the millionth time. I have been trying to get my prescription since September 2025 it is now January 2026 and still nothing. When I first started calling they would transfer me a couple times before telling me my doctor never sent over my prescription so I would call my doctors who would confirm that they did send it. edit- the problem was resolved. It is sort of wild though that after talking with two separate reps and emailing the company, I had to post a Google review to get the problem solved. I was so excited the first order, got a mail of 3 months of my meds, yay! For my refill, I received and EMPTY package to my LOCKED mailbox and I was told that Birdi will not cover a replacement.....I will have to pay cash. This service is useless. What is the point of using a mail pharmacy if you do not guarantee medication delivery. Thankfully ... read more

I am going back to brick and mortar, not worth the hassle and cost that they won't cover for their own mistakes.
