my prescriptions always arrive in a timely manner and the customer service is always polite and helpful., I’m very satisfied so far with getting my order via mail with Birdi pharmacy.
Bad customer service by a representative.
While the customer support reps are helpful, if there is an issue that needs to be solved by the pharmacist or pharmacy tech, they are unreachable. I have asked the support reps to add that I need to speak with them STAT. It has been over a week, dozens of calls, and still my son is out of the medication that they have the prescription for, and will not release it so I can have it filled elsewhere.
Customer service is really bad. Lacks and care for customers. Robots actually treat customers better than they do. I will be looking for some other place to fill my needed meds. Also filed complaint with my insurance company of how horribly I was treated by them.
Birdi Pharmacy is fantastic! They’re quick to answer the phones every time I’ve called them. I’ve been using their pharmacy for years since before the name change from Elixir. Problems with sending and receiving are resolved quickly. They are very on top of calling back. Staff is friendly.
