I was shocked to read the negative reviews and I can only believe they were made by peoplewho have never been to this shop. These folks are honest, have fair prices, and will pick you up and take you back home if you don't want to wait. Both my wife and eye have all our work done here and the waiting area is clean and comfortable.
I was to change oil and filter, I bought my own synthetic oil and synthetic oil filter. Just I need a labor perform. Well they change my oil but left the old filter, never changed my oil filter.I do not recommend anyone to go to that place: Bird Tire & Auto Center
These people are awful crooks. Inefficient, lazy and sloppy. They'll also swindle you out of any money they can.
Great service and best prices in the area. Went to a major brand and they wanted to redo my car, telling me that I needed many things. Went to Bird Tire and they showed me that I only needed the brakes done. Saved over $2,300. Strongly recommend.
Great customer service. The customer service advisor took the time to explain with detail what was wrong with my car. And the best of it. He gave me individual attention with no interruption. I do recommend it.
