If I could give negative stars, I would. The utterly delightful person I saw on my first visit no longer worked there for my second visit. So, I was told that Dr Bird would see me at the last minute at no charge. The front staff ignored me until the woman who works for the other practice asked if she could help me - which she could not do – then they finally acknowledged me after several minutes standing right in front of them! While waiting, I could hear Dr. Bird ranting about his former co-worker saying horrible, vicious t... read more
My 2nd visit with dr Bird, I was hoping for some answers to my lung issues since the first visit didn’t go so well. I again asked my questions about the treatment for the best possible outcomes for my lungs. I didn’t want what dr Bird was was not allowing me to say. I do not recommend Dr Bird. I had a very bad experience with him twice now & that is enough for me.
I 00% do not recommend dr.Garrett Bird. Not polite, condescending aggressive, bad actions towards me as a patient.. in all my life I’ve never had such antagonistic behavor from any dr act this way towards me.
Knowledgeable, Friendly, Informative, personable, thorough
My brother had a heart attack and was admitted to Jordan Valley 10/5/22. This is where we had the unfortunate meeting with Dr Bird. He’s rude, negative, lacks compassion, tact and empathy. Dr Bird shared lots of non-surgical and OTC the ways to improve my sleep because I’m not ready for a CPAP machine
I’ve never been so *politely* mansplainer to in my entire life.
He is very friendly, great info, I felt almost like family while I was there. Thanks doc!
Dr. Bird is the best Pulmonologist in Utah! He found what was wrong with my lungs when no other doctor could find a thing wrong with me. He actually saved my life. I moved to sea level to improve my health, but I would not have made it without his help.
