Drove 2½ hours, prepared to buy a new bird today. Years ago we had purchased a macaw from the prior owner and was extremely happy with everything. This morning, was made to feel very unwelcome and that we were an annoyance. Ms. Owner or staff, not sure what she was, was rude and very harsh. At that we walked out. Will take our business elsewhere.

First time visiting this place today. Nice and friendly staff. However, I couldn't purchase a bird since it was not for sale. I have to wait until the baby bird's are in.
