Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean, well stocked, lots of birds. New favorite place :-)

I am very pleased with my Timneh African Gray. I love my little guy.
I love going here. The only downfall is that they aren't always as sociable as they should be. I went today and was unable to get help because one was on the phone with personal business and the other person darted to the back. I'll continue to go because it's usually a good experience though. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything, which is unusual. It was pretty awkward and hopefully next time it won't be the same.
One of the best bird/pet stores out there. If they don't know the answer, they will get it for you.
The staff is always helpful and willing to share their knowledge. I needed a breeding box for my cockatiel and I so much appreciated the staff's help. All my questions were answered. The prices on all the stock, birds and all, are very competitive and in some cases lower than their competitors. I love the atmosphere -- there is always something new. This is my go-to shop for all things avian. Can't wait to buy my next parrot from Bird Fever :)
