I always trust them for the best care of my guinea pigs! Always very knowledgeable and I know my babes are in good hands. They really put in all of their effort for every single pet. I dont feel like 'just a customer'. I recommend to all!

The staff is very, knowledgeable, very friendly, and taught/informed me a few things I didn't already know about my bird.
I have had good experiences bringing my bird to the vet over the last 10 years, but I have decided to no longer use their boarding services. The staff are new and inexperienced and are not keeping an eye on the birds in their care. As a result, my bird left his last boarding visit injured. I am hoping the situation improves.
