Nicole is amazing! She is the absolute best when it comes to color and color correction. She is also great at communicating and explaining the process. I lived outside Miami for a year and missed her so much during that time. She had to correct my cut and color when I moved back to Texas, and she did an excellent job making my hair gorgeous again.
Honestly, wouldnt go back. Not saying it was horrible, but i can cut my own hair better for way less
The vibe in the shop is super inviting and I love hanging with Nicole and Ashley! They are a lot of fun and do amazing hair!
Nicole is a consummate professional. Her customer service skills are second to none. I can’t believe she could fix my hair (bottle dyed) and make it look as good as it does! I am very satisfied with her bedside manner and her hair sculpting abilities.
