This has been the worst decision I made to rent for almost 2 years. You can’t have visitors in your apartment overnight unless you get a pass that coast $10 and you can only get 2 passes a year. No visitors in pool. I have complained about neighbors to managment about banging on walls and laud music but instead I was blamed for it. The security guard that works overnight falls asleep all the time and I have witnessed people crash others peoples cars and drive away the security has not seen anything.
