starting with the fact that cars get stollen here all the time also the laundry room is a mess always broken the security guard is a big issue you can't have visitors over you the train will not let you sleep as it passes by at whatever time including the midnight. the maintains people are horrible they go into your apartment without permission my wife was showering when 2 men opened the door. everything about this place is horrible. they will keep your deposit
worst place to rent please don't move here at the beginning everything sems to be fine and after everything is a problem starting with the security guard that falls asleep at night and like to start problems with people. many cars have been stolen from here. Mariela is very rude and unprofessional and will never listen to what the tenants have to say this place will take your deposit DONT MOVE INTO THIESE BUILINGDS!
I would not recommend living here. I only give it 2 stars because the staff and maintenance team are kind, but they have no real authority…it all comes down to the owner. The main issue is the owner/s…everything depends on them, and they simply don’t take tenant concerns seriously. Mind you we always paid in time and we always took care of the apartment even though was given to us with many issues At move-out, I was charged $174 for carpet replacement even though the carpet was new when we moved in and we took great care of ... read more

Quería mencionar antes de nada la buena atención que tienen con el cliente, son muy profesionales. Hacen muy bien su trabajo, yo los recomiendo %100. Además decir que el lugar es super agradable, cómodo y muy bueno para vivir.
