This has been the worst experience by far in our first year at one apartment they wanted to put in wood floor and try to charge us almost $700 for carpet damage caused by the sliding glass door leakage. We then took a second apartment located in another building which had many defects and for one year they refuse to repair. . And now they are holding back monies from the security deposit blaming us for the already damages which we submitted pictures in the beginning. Do not rent here
I recently moved into this community and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The property is beautiful, well-kept and extremely clean hallways are spotless, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff has been amazing—always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. My apartment feels so cozy, and I love how peaceful the neighborhood is. I would like to sincerely thank Darwing Nieves for assisting me during application and move in process. They made everything as simple as possible and walked me through the entire process start to finish. Finding a place in Miami is such a long and sometimes painful process but I am extremely content on being able to find my first apartment here and even more grateful that people like him exist at this property.
