Este lugar es exquisito, muy acogedor, limpio y tranquilo, con perfectas condiciones para vivir, entregan los apartamentos en magníficas condiciones y del trato tanto de la maneger general la señora Mariela como del señor Darwing es maravilloso, son personas muy agradables y atentas. En general no me arrepiento de haber escogido este lugar para vivir. Lo escogería de nuevo sin dudas.
From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and a genuine smile. The customer service has been outstanding, especially from Darwin. He is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment. The property is very well maintained, clean, and located in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. It’s been a great experience, and I’m happy to call this community home.
DONT MOVE IN THIS apartments !!!!!! starting with the fact that you can’t have any visitors over night also no visitors in the pool. the security guard that falls asleep all the time is a big problem. cars here always getting stolen the mail is also always getting stolen. as well the lady inside the office (mariela) very rude and very unprofessional according to her she is the owner she claims to be in charge of it all she does NOT!!! do her job right that lady has time to respond to emails about her trash community but don... read more
starting with the fact that cars get stollen here all the time also the laundry room is a mess always broken the security guard is a big issue you can't have visitors over you the train will not let you sleep as it passes by at whatever time including the midnight. the maintains people are horrible they go into your apartment without permission my wife was showering when 2 men opened the door. everything about this place is horrible. they will keep your deposit
worst place to rent please don't move here at the beginning everything sems to be fine and after everything is a problem starting with the security guard that falls asleep at night and like to start problems with people. many cars have been stolen from here. Mariela is very rude and unprofessional and will never listen to what the tenants have to say this place will take your deposit DONT MOVE INTO THIESE BUILINGDS!
