Dr Cheng and clinical manager are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped me complete the medical forms.
Poor management and the reception is rude.
Don’t talk to the lady at their front desk, they have zero knowledge about customer service and so proud of being rude. If you are too old and grumpy to work just retire and go do something fun.
One of the worst clinics I visited.
The staff are very helpful and patient and sympathetic. I was able to get the help and answers I needed with my medical concern. As good as it can be for the Canadian medical system.
