Good visit today. Office neat and clean. Staff was professional. I was seen on time and all my questions were politely answered.
I am not big on going to the dentist. Each time I go to Northwood they make me feel so comfortable. The staff is great and the office is very nice and clean. I had Melissa today and she was great...very gentle and kind. Thanks again for another great experience.
My name is Aggie and I had a broken Crown recently. Dr. Taple saw me on May 28th. I was able to get in right away that week. Dr. Taple was able to replace the crown that day and I didn't even need to come back again to have the actual crown placed. This saved me time away from my job and it is much appreciated. Also, since the tooth was under warranty, so-to-speak, I wasn't even charged a replacement fee! This was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated. HAD A VERY NICE CLEANING, AND THE GAL WAS POLITE AND FRIENDLY, CAN'T BEAT THAT!
Hannah was thorough in cleaning my teeth and advising me about using fluoride rinse to relieve dry mouth. Both she and Dr. Thomas are pleasant in doing their work on my teeth. I will return for a six month visit in November.
I appreciate both the state-of-the-art professional competence and the personal, friendly atmosphere at Northwood Dental.
