IIt went very well - thank you to the staff at Northwood - always polite and nice. Teeth OK! Had to refuse the x-rays as my left upper lip is still swollen from a fall I had 3 weeks ago.
Love Northwood Dental, the staff is friendly, Dr Taple is great and always has taken great care of my teeth.
I used to just cringe when my dentist appointment was approaching. I just knew it was going to hurt. Not anymore! My hygienist Hannah is so gentle when cleaning my teeth. I am totally relaxed in the chair and can't believe it when she tells me we're done! Best Dental Experience EVER!!!
Good, good people in the front & back with Dr Thomas.
Dr Taple recently extracted the remaining baby teeth in both of my 16 year old twin daughters. He is always attentive and explains what he is about to do. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. We have been patients at Northwood Dental, formerly Eagan Dental Associates, for 20 years and I would not hesitate for a minute to refer someone to Northwood Dental!
I happen to be a coward when it comes to the dentist. My former dentist retired and moved away and left me alone, so I proceeded to procrastinate about finding a new one. The time had come and I was forced to make a decision, fortunately I spoke with the right person who recommended Northwood Dental! They are in a class all by themselves!! I can't say enough positive things about Northwood Dental! Their staff are friendly and helpful. The office is clean, nicely decorated, and the exam rooms have a nice relaxing view of a pond. I used to HATE the dentist after far too many bad experiences, I hadn't gone in years, but I never have any anxiety when going here.
