I'm up from Houston visiting and had the crown of an implant pop off. I found Northwood thru my dental insurance, called them and had an appointment within 2 hours. Upon arrival, I was treated in a friendly and professional manner. The services received were excellent. The Dentist was professional and communicated throughout the process. I was well informed throughout the procedure. Big Thumps up from me
On Thursday while eating some hard french bread the crown popped off my front tooth. (I should have known better). I was so glad it happened at home though. Instead of leaving a message on the phone when I called I went straight over to the office and was able to see Dr. Taple within 10 minutes of my arrival. The staff was very kind and sympathetic.
