Birchwood Collision Center was amazing, their prompt responses and continuous updates, certainly made me feel respected and valued. They’re professional and answered all questions in detail. They even booked my car rental for me ahead of time, so after a short walk (they offered shuttle service, but the walk was two short blocks) I was on the road again. Less than 2 hours of my time in total was needed to get my car in and out of the shop. Thanks Birchwood Collision Centre for everything!
