I recently took my vehicle in for repairs. This was the second time and I brought it back because my first experience was really good. This time, there was a lack of communication, it took them days to respond to inquiries and there were multiple scratches on my leather steering wheel that look like they were done with a sharp tool or something else. No follow up from the manager when a complaint was filed. Guess she's too busy to give a rat's behind about customer service.
My truck was fixed with original Ford parts, on time and the girl that I dealt with was great professional and friendly.
