I am from out of town and I recently purchased a used truck from Birchwood Chevrolet. I had the pleasure of dealing with Vlad throughout my long distance purchase. He eagerly answered all of my questions, texts and phone calls. He went above and beyond to make sure this vehicle was the right one for me. I recommend reaching out to him if you are in the market.
Service was great and smiling until they old school bait and switched me saying I couldn't get financing for a cheaper used vehicle but if I put few thousand more dollars down I could get into a bigger lower trim with less features thats a more expensive vehicle. What a joke! It also came out the cost of a bunch of credit points to which I was never apologized too.
Terry genik is the best. I have purchased 3 awesome vehicles from him.
