Wonderful potato hand pies. I highly recommend them. Reminded me of some I had in the UK.
Ive worked in customer service my whole life and managed coffee bars nationwide. Normally when someone orders a drip code it’s served immediately. Shouldn’t have to wait in the drink ticket order unless it’s obviously a different brewing method ( pour over, chemex etc) When I asked if I could have my coffee I was met with a lot of Attitude and “I'm working in someone else’s drink at the moment” BS I also asked for some more honey and was met with equal attitude. Birchwood is truly the best coffee shop I have ever been to. I have been coming here almost every day for the past three months, and I genuinely have no complaints. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and consistently greets customers with a smile.
