It's a beautiful place but filled with lonlyness and patientiel people who try to imitate others to push people's people away. It's a safe cozy location at least.
Great location and reasonably priced. I believe the management changed around a year ago, and it has made all the difference. The maintenance crew and property manager are wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in Wytheville.
overpriced for the size and not well maintained! When I moved in I had to clean EVERYTHING in the apartment because everything was FILTHY, it was never repainted which it obviously NEEDED, the closet doors FELL OFF ONTO MY DAUGHTER... TWICE and instead of fixing or replacing the doors, they simply took them off! There were leaks EVERYWHERE and the carpet smelled horrible, I had to pay out of my own pocket to have that cleaned. Well if you dont pay rent on the 1st you get a 5 day notice (30 days to pay) or you get eviction notice. On February 7th we got out notice which was talked about would be paid this week.(i get paid bi weekly)Well today i got my eviction notice that i have to be out and now being charged for February and march, how is that right? And the fact 30 days have not been given. 14 days is all they give and then will evict. And now they charge for a month were not even in yet
Payed $300 for an application fee in October. I asked.for a refund and to be taken off the wait list. It's now January & after multiple calls and reassurances that my money was being sent back, I have yet to see it Edit: refund came in. Changed to 3 stars. Shouldn't have taken 3 months but at least it came in.
