Honestly, if you get a good apartment here, this is not a terrible place to live. The people that run the place are terrible though Bambi and Bryan especially. There is truth to the bad reviews on here.
Rent was $800 for 2 bedroom 1 bathroom for 1 year lease then went to $850 if you signed month to month. I was in dental hygiene school for two years there at the local college and this apartment was excellent for my needs. There is a mold problem going on but they do seem to be working on it. Free dump, and water is paid with rent. You have to pay for your own electricity and WiFi. Rent was able to be paid online. Great experience overall.
my husband and i have lived here for a little over a year, and we absolutely love it! when we moved in, the apartment was absolutely spotless, and very well maintained. we are on the third floor, and it was not difficult to move everything in, as the staircases and hallways are very wide! if we ever have anything that maintenance needs to look at they are on top of it and take care of it immediately! we have been here over a year and there has only been two things we needed fixed, and they are always so kind and quick to hel... read more
It's a beautiful place but filled with lonlyness and patientiel people who try to imitate others to push people's people away. It's a safe cozy location at least.
Great location and reasonably priced. I believe the management changed around a year ago, and it has made all the difference. The maintenance crew and property manager are wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in Wytheville.
