DISGUSTING!! Horrible living conditions!! The WORST PLACE to live EVER!! This place doesn't even deserve one star. Trash has not been emptied in over a month. Look at the pictures! No maintenance, no manager on property. Everything breaks and nothing gets fixed.
I'm new and haven't had hot water for 5days. Landlord is too busy at her coffee shop to b bothers to b around and take care of issues here. I had to track her down and I still have no hot water
While I lived here the Management was Alsome! Kristen was always helpful. Maintenance fixed anythin within a few hours of a call. It's location was within short walking distance of groceries & stores. If I didn't had to move out of state I could see staying here long term. The neighborhood is quite. The neighbors are helpful. When I applied I heard there was new management. Alot of neighbors said the pervious managers were not the best. But Kristen & Mark were outstanding from my experience. Electric heat was terrible.
