DISGUSTING!! Horrible living conditions!! The WORST PLACE to live EVER!! This place doesn't even deserve one star. Trash has not been emptied in over a month. Look at the pictures! No maintenance, no manager on property. Everything breaks and nothing gets fixed.
While I lived here the Management was Alsome! Kristen was always helpful. Maintenance fixed anythin within a few hours of a call. It's location was within short walking distance of groceries & stores. If I didn't had to move out of state I could see staying here long term. The neighborhood is quite. The neighbors are helpful. When I applied I heard there was new management. Alot of neighbors said the pervious managers were not the best. But Kristen & Mark were outstanding from my experience. Electric heat was terrible. I'm new and haven't had hot water for 5days. Landlord is too busy at her coffee shop to b bothers to b around and take care of issues here. I had to track her down and I still have no hot water
