The three printed prescriptions were given from my doctor and handed to the pharmacy. I wanted the closest pharmacy after being just discharged to go straight home and rest! The prescriptions were needed after a surgery was performed in the hospital a couple of hours before. The three prescriptions were given, but one was absolutely the wrong dose and the wrong amount!
