Let me update you guys, the elevator has been out every week for months, right now they’re both down and people with mobility issues can not get to their units or downstairs. The rental office is never open , forget about talking to someone they don’t care you can call , you can text , you can email there is no one there to answer you. The building is nice , the laundry room was made too small there’s 215 units and only 8 washers and dryers , the elevator is down every single week or every other week. In the beginning the fire alarms would go off every week.

Government housing that brought a lot of drug abusers to this area. As well as people who are just overall attacking people.

This building was constructed in late 2023, and everything is new, clean, and well-organized. I am a resident of this building, and I enjoy living here because of these qualities. I hope it always remains clean, well-maintained, and fresh. However, one of the most serious issues in this building is the very limited parking space and the lack of enough washing machines.
