The building is nice , the laundry room was made too small there’s 215 units and only 8 washers and dryers , the elevator is down every single week or every other week. In the beginning the fire alarms would go off every week.
Government housing that brought a lot of drug abusers to this area. As well as people who are just overall attacking people.
This building was constructed in late 2023, and everything is new, clean, and well-organized. I am a resident of this building, and I enjoy living here because of these qualities. I hope it always remains clean, well-maintained, and fresh. However, one of the most serious issues in this building is the very limited parking space and the lack of enough washing machines.
