I purchased a pool cleaning robot from this company a while back. A year later, the power cord for the robot quit working, so the staff helped me order a new cord under the manufacturer’s warranty. It took over a year for the manufacturer and distributor to get their act together and finally get that cord delivered to Athens, but the Shields staff kept me updated throughout the process and consistently kept pressure on the slow parties on my behalf. I appreciated them having my back as their customer.

I wish I didnt have to write this but I honestly have zero good things to say about this company. The employees are amazing and know what they are doing but the company is the issue. A couple things we have suffered when we used them: -Severely overcharging for chemicals -Claiming to have used more chemicals than they did (confirmed with the technician who handled the pool) -Attempting to claim payment for services already paid for. Jason took my water sample and provided me with knowledge of what was wrong, too. The pool is spot on in two days.
