I regret having to move. Annita and Michele are always kind and friendly. A nice and quiet place to live. Anyone moving into the Birches should treat them with respect and kindness. Jim and Ray are awesome!
A lot of crime here.
I have lived at the Birches for almost 6 years now and I LOVE it here. My apartment is adorable. The grounds are kept very neat & clean. It's very quiet and peaceful here. I work from home so that is priceless. Anita & Michelle in the office are always there to help or answer questions. Jim & Ray are always right there when I need maintenance assistance. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like family. Thank you for letting me live here, I LOVE it!!!!
I recently moved in and my experience was great. It’s a pretty quiet area with decent people so far!
The photos are beautiful ( staged) the actual apartment is filled with mold and mice And not to mention, poor maintenance and dry rotted carpets
