RecommendedMy mom is there & everybody is so kind and caring to her. She loves the food and activities. Thank you for taking such good care of your residents during this difficult time.
My mom recently was there for recooperation from hip surgery. All the staff are so nice & it is very clean ( unlike another facility in town).
My dad was in the dementia unit ( Aspen wing ) at Birchaven for just alittle over a year before he passed away on 12/14/18. The staff took very good care of my dad and communicated with me when needed. The staff ended up being like his second family. I know the staff had to work long hours day in and day out. I for one had that special connection with a nurse named April. she took the time to talk to me concerning my dad either on the phone or when i would visit my dad and i thank her for that.
