We have nothing but positives to say about Birch Tree! The office is cute and clean. The staff is very friendly. They are always on time, and provide a no-pressure environment. The Dr. is awesome, so great with kids and adults- and very knowledgeable. We feel grateful to call this our dentist!
We had a great experience at Birch Tree Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Creech and his team were incredibly patient and welcoming, making my crazy 2 year old feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Dr. Creech took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. The office is very clean, kid-friendly, and very organized. I really appreciate how gentle and professional they were. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality pediatric dental care!
This dentistry practice is outstanding. We were referred here the same day by another dentist’s office and were taken care of right away. The entire staff has such a calm, reassuring presence—exactly what we needed at the time. Dr. Creech was incredibly patient with my son, it actually brought tears to my eyes. When we left, my child actually said he liked the dentist. We haven’t had great experiences in the past, but I truly believe this office has changed the trajectory of our future dental visits.
The office is so warm, welcoming and spotless! Love the small practice, it feels like the old days where they actually know you and your child. You’re not just a file.
We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Creech! He was incredibly kind, patient, and made my daughter (Blakely) feel completely at ease during her visit. It’s not always easy to find a dentist who takes their time explaining everything so thoroughly, but Dr. Creech went above and beyond to walk us through each step and answer all of our questions.
