RecommendedA loved one has had 2 stints living at Birch Tree Communities. This organization has been a huge help and has cared for him and helped him reach his goals for recovery and independence. If I had a fortune to donate to them, I would gladly do so. They are one of very few Arkansas centers making a huge difference in lives.
As a previous staff who had worked with BTC for three years, I have seen so many members come and go, none of them making actual real life progress, as most of them end up back at Birch, or get sent to another facility. BirchTree has many serious flaws, and until those REAL problems are addressed and fixed, it will continue to just be a cycle for the folks in there. Don’t even get me started on how toxic and harmful the work environment itself is.

I have been working for Birchtree Communities for over 9 years and I have seen some amazing things in my time there. It is such a joy to make a difference in someone's life and go home knowing that you, yourself will never be the same as well. Bless this place!
