Not the best place to live. The only thing nice about these apartments is that they are really close to the Health Science building and the appalcart. The rooms are very small and like most places in Boone, very overpriced. The walls are incredibly thin so you can hear your neighbors very clearly as well as anything happening outside. The owners also take forever to fix anything. When I moved in the fridge was leaking and the outlets in the living room didn't work. New owners contributing to gentrification of a low-income area & profiting off rent spiking. Tactics used to force out low-income tenancy include refusal of repairs, lack of communication, &, in worse scenarios, outright accusations of tenants paying from 'fake bank accounts' to aggressively addressing tenants about non-existent drug usage.
