Dr. Carsten knows how to adjust a dog's body when they are out of alignment. He's kind, patient and spoke to my dog, Kobe in a reassuring way, which is very important to me. He takes his time. I highly recommend this vet. Thank you to his staff as well.
RecommendedWe were traveling from Wisconsin and our puppy got very sick. Stopped here after visiting a nearby fancy vet in a fancy building that wouldn’t help us at all. The receptionist, vet tech and Dr Carsten all made us feel welcome and did everything they could to help get our dog on its feet. We were in and out in a short time with everything we needed to take care of the dog for the trip home. 4 days later she was back to herself. I’d recommend Birch Tree to anyone.
