Great great experience with team. Its over 2 yrs or association. ( wish it was more, if not for my movement). Shout out to John and Nancy. They both are very considerate and all ears to your queries. The management has a very nice schedule of inspection and have adopted the technology very well. The best tenant App I have seen so far. I honestly think this place is a scam or they just don’t work for a company that currently has two properties available you can’t get a returned call about an application. Myself and two other couples put an application in on this place and so you get a call back no email nothing they just want your money from the applications.
Very nice customer service, i reached out to the wrong Birch Reality company but they were very polite.
