Customer service was awful!! Lived in my townhouse a month before I could get mail! Never able to get anyone on the phone and always felt like I was bothering them. Ridiculous move out expectations! Hired someone to clean the property before I left and they still charged outrageous fees, keeping my entire deposit and added a balance to it!!! Nothing but problems from day one! BEWARE!!!
