Office manager is dishonest. Homes are not kept up properly. Long story made short their homes are nasty and fire hazards.

landlord does not follow rules. allows pedophiles and drug addicts to live there around children. she picks favorites. I had water damaged. (out of my control) and she never replaced carpet but complained that my place stunck due to carpet damage.
Love it here all the stuff is very helpful and friendly and when you need something fixed there on it . I would difinly Recommend this place.
