All the employees that work here have been so king and so helpful towards me. Especially when l lost my insurance for a couple of months, they went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and I appreciated it so very much. They still help me with little things, like keeping my medication for me, since I had lost my Health Equity Card. I 100% recommend this pharmacy!
Mixed review..... The Tooele Birch is amazing and so are the techs. Always done and on time and ready to go, never any issues. Fast and friendly! As for the location in Grantsville, I've never had a good experience there. There has been a problem every time and they never call you and let you know. You don't find out there is a problem until you drive there to pick up your prescription.
They are so good too they have great customer service keep up the great work it. Awesome that they have home delivery too
If you are looking for a pharmacy NEVER EVER go to this place. I have been caught between these idiots and my doctor to get a prior authorization for a prescription to be filled for 4 months. Birch has one standard comment every time I call to get this problem solved that supposedly fixes everything... "I'll fax it" but they don't. There is no way for me to give minus stars unfortunately.
When my mom and dad was out here from Texas my dad was out of his insulin and they went way out of there way to help my dad get his insulin. Thank you so much for helping my dad...
