The staff went above and beyond helping me with getting a prescription filled last summer for my granddaughter who was insured under her parents’ military insurance that was not covered at Birch Family Pharmacy. They forwarded the prescription to another local pharmacy and called them first to make sure they had the medication in stock. They made sure we were taken care of.
