Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
Dennis showed up to deliver my prescriptions to my parent’s house because that is what the pharmacy had set. Dennis got rude with my dad and yelled saying don’t order delivery if you can’t answer the door or be at home which my dad was. I had tried multiple times to get the pharmacy to not deliver to them so that I could pick up. And Dennis took his anger out on my dad. This is by far the BEST pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The delivery service is so fast and even though it’s been my fault that a delivery was missed, they always have the delivery person swing back by, which is soooooo far above and beyond the customer service you will get anywhere else, especially the bigger nationwide one down the street…. They work with me on cash prices and make me feel like they actually value me as a customer. Highly recommend Birch to everyone, especially if you’re sick and tired of the big pharmacies... read more
