I had a very negative experience living at Birch Court. There were ongoing pest control problems, and the property manager, Tiffani, failed to arrange pest control services or maintain the unit in a habitable condition despite my maintenance requests. When I raised concerns about these issues and I contacted her supervisor Jodie and code enforcement, the property manager retaliated against me. I was lucky enough to find this complex on the internet while I was living out of state. I feel so lucky to have found this place. It is the best complex I have ever lived at. The manager(Tiffany) is very attentive and answers emails quickly. Getting a maintenance request addressed is also quite easy and they always arrive same day. This is a well cared for complex. Amazing property to live at. Convenient surroundings and located in a great neighborhood. Most of all, the property manager Tiffani made the move in/out process very welcoming and effortless. She was very knowledgeable with any questions that I may have had during my renting time at Birch Court. She's Very friendly and understanding.
