Love the apartment but the new management takes forever to get back to you. I have had a few maintenance requests in for 2 weeks and left a few messages I have heard nothing back. Very frustrating

My husband and I are current residents at Birch Commons and we could not be more pleased with both the community and the leasing manager Randi. The apartments and property are beautiful and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is quiet, tranquil and private. It truly feels like you are in your own home with ivy-laden fenced-in patios and spacious attached garages.
