I need to know who manages this property. I live next door and the noise level is frequently overly loud. The most recent guests left 15 bags of trash in the front yard.
Very disappointed with the owners. I booked this back in September 2020 and made my final payment in February 2021 for a March 9th 2021 stay. On 2/26 the owners canceled my reservation stating they would be using the home. Put me in a really tough spot as we had plane tickets, time off of work, etc.. Please beware of this happening to you. Extremely difficult trying to find another property to fit our group.
Super comfortable home with plenty of rooms and space to enjoy the Sunshine State with family and friends. Huge indoor and outdoor spaces. Super friendly for families with small children. The pool and BBQ area are amazing, you can't get out of there. Steps away from beautiful beach and restful Birch State Park. House management super friendly - always available. A hidden treasure for summer vacation! We will come back for sure!
This is a wonderful house with plenty of room for large groups located in a lovely neighborhood just two blocks from the beach. There are lots of things to wow you as soon as you step on the property, from the huge and beautiful pool and the sleek outdoor grill located behind a covered pool bar to the ample entertaining space inside and out. Highly recommend. My stay was excellent. The multi-level home is to die for with the pool becoming the center of all family activity. Even having the children being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus. We had some special requests and the speed of service was frankly, amazing. They're very responsive. If we vacation again in FTL this will be our primary property.
