Recommendedwhat a groovy experience. we had pre ordered our canoes as we had a large group. the day of, got checked in, minimal wait time, the guides/ drivers were so knowledgeable and nice and worked so hard, unloading our canoes, helping us into canoes. great place clean and tidy too...will do this again for sure!!!
was my first time i used a kayak it is hard at first nit fin when you get the hang of it. but what ever you do stretch first it is a great work out for gour arms eather way
Very family friendly. Canoes can hold up to three kids with the two adults. Loved the whole trip and the kids loved it too!

Have had a great time at Birch Bark for years my Dad started having trips and now my family and friends will be coming for years to come !! The water is clean and nice and cold for those hot days the river itself is beautiful and only a couple feet deep with a couple of pit stops to take a little swim !!
My daughter and I had a wonderful time! We rented kayaks and did the 5 mile trip. It was a beautiful place with a nice blend of aun and shade!
I just moved to the area and I've been out here twice already and had awesome experiences both times. Our five year old daughter loved it too! Family friendly, absolutely GORGEOUS, and very well organized. Solid affordable fun! Looking forward to clocking many hours here!

We had a great experience! We decided Sunday morning that we wanted to go canoeing with our 3 year old, and were able to make a reservation online! We got there to check in and were greeted by some very friendly staff. They got us set up with paddles and life jackets (including toddler size paddle, life jacket and a special little seat for him to sit in in the middle of the canoe)!
