River was well-maintained. You can tell they’ve taken the time to cut dead trees out of the way. We use the shuttle service to transport her own boats and we’re happy with our experience.
It’s wonderful
We visit many canoe livery’s and bring our kayaks with us. This is the first livery where when getting out of the water we had absolutely no help from the staff. We are experienced kayakers but when the driver states that we will have help loading when we get out then it is a bit upsetting that there were many staff members that could have offered. Went on Father’s Day. The place was packed. The staff were professional and nice. The boat guides give good directions. I would go back again.

Birch Bark is the place to go for a relaxing day of kayaking! Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Equipment is top notch. We had a blast!
