Dr. Seema Bir is very caring, supportive and compassionate. She takes her time to listen to your concerns, especially during this pandemic. She is always a call away if you need her. Her office staff are efficient, supportive and also caring. They are very prompt with returning phone calls, making it an easy process.
This is the worst doctor I have ever been to. Do not go to this office whatsoever. The doctor was in a rush and didn't listen to any of my concerns. The customer service is completely terrible and they blame you for it. You can never get an appointment, even when it's urgent and nobody in the office tries to do a follow up. I called to know the results for my blood tests and they kept telling me that they are too busy and that they would call me back, but they never do. Front desk workers seem like they hate their job. Good luck even getting an appointment. And to top it off they blame you when they are the ones not communicating properly.
I would never recommend this office under any circumstances. Doesn’t follow up with patients & doesn’t seem to connect with the patient. I gave them several chances but I am not going back
I love Dr Seema Bir!! She has always been so nice and addresses all my issues.
She is unfriendly and disrespectful .I was uncomfortable .She even left without examining me the first time .She said she will come back and never did. I had to call and she gave me medicine over the phone ! She also forgot to prescribe the medicine she said she will prescribe .As a result ,my condition worsened .I went a second time ,Have you seen a doctor that examines you and the door open and then dashes out so you do not get to talk to her .She has no courtesy whatsoever .She is unethical
