Went for the first time and had an amazing time with my family. The frozen yogurt was so creamy for a great price.
Went it for a treat this afternoon and they did not open at the time that was listed on the door. They went to the Fall/Winter hours 12-10pm. Waited around and a half an hour after they were suppose to open no one showed. Left with an upset 3 year old. Came back today to see they were open but service was poor. Hair in candy dish, old mushy strawberries, asked for fresh and they did not have any more. Staff was not friendly , very disappointing. Use to be a weekly visit.
Go back to the original pricing by weight. It's our favorite place to go and after being there yesterday, we won't go back anytime soon. Cups are too small and overpriced. I'd much rather still be paying by the weight.
I used to love it but the change to fixed prices will keep me from going back. Too expensive for frozen yogurt. I could go to Baskin Robbins next door for much cheaper.
I was so happy with my ice cream .I have to have it when I come to my daughter house
