We took our girls for a cool treat on vacation! So yummy!
Do not come here looking for decent customer service. The young ladies inside have forgotten simple kindness and human decency. Sorry we came here looking for ice cream and it apparently offended them that we were asking for the rolled ice cream. It’s a good thing the treats are so sweet, it dulls down the bitterness of the workers attitudes.
Busy place but good price. It’s not pay by weight but by cup size which range from $2-$8.

I will never eat BIPPYS in fort Walton ever again! I just watched a worker grab the fly swatter to swat the fly which she did but the fly fell inside the food and she saw that and didn’t brother to replace the food that the dead fly was in until the another customer said something before I did. I will be contacted the manager the next business day
The worst thing about this place is choosing what flavor yogurt to get. Everything I sampled, I loved. I chose the $5 cup with peanut butter, taro tart and French vanilla. My son got French vanilla, my daughter, dark chocolate, and my mom, sea sally caramel. I love the one price for any toppings. It takes at the guess work and surprises. I am excited to go back and try the rolled ice cream.
