About this business

Like many coffeehouses in Portland, Bipartisan features Stumptown Coffee, which when served with homemade pies baked becomes a decadent combination. The space is quite large with plenty of seating and a fast Wi-Fi connection. The soup is also homemade daily with local, seasonal ingredients. Try the daily special with one of their many sandwiches. Afternoons see a brisk takeout business and a throng of parents with children, while evenings are lit by the glow of laptops. On some weekends, live music events are also organized ... read more

Worst music in the world. lots of screaming brats. staff are cheerful, some patrons are irresponsible parents who let there children scream constantly. – Coffee is okay but not worth sitting through the terrible music they play. I like that it is child friendly but some parents really need to deal with their children when they scream for five minutes straight. If the parents won't do anything about it the staff should.

Quirky and tiny The Bipartisan is a quirky little place complete with cardboard cut outs of presidential candidates. It is tiny, seating is limited, and there is often a wait for the delicious bagels (but they are delicious).

I'm not sure what happened at Bipartisan but they are a much friendlier and happier place lately. This is by far my favorite coffee shop and I'm sad I will be moving and not able to continue to enjoy the great eats and delicious coffee every day. **OLD REVIEW** This could be the perfect coffee shop if it weren't for the poor service. The coffee at Bipartisan is excellent and so are the pastries, bagel sand... read more
