I had been going to this location for years... my family knew the receptionist very well and loved her, the doctor and hygienist... not sure what’s been going on lately but the new receptionist,, Tasha??? AWFUL!! We had such a bad experience years ago and I even wrote a review then that has somehow disappeared. I went to a different dentist today for a cleaning and while getting X-rays done they noticed something with my molar. Biotic Breath had put a giant filling that is now causing a cavity underneath. The filling is huge, I saw pictures and it takes up almost my whole tooth! I now have to pay my dentist hundreds of dollars for a crown! I definitely experience dental anxiety. I’m so glad I found this place because the staff is wonderful and relaxed. Stefanie is amazing as a hygienist and takes the time not only to make you feel at ease but she educates you on all aspects of dental health. Dr Perry is wonderful and also took time to educate me and speak to me during a procedure about questions I’ve had for years but other dentists could never explain. I also really appreciate how they refuse to use mercury for fillings since it is toxic! Thank you guys all f... read more
